Joseph Noonan

Founder, President and CEO


Joe has led Revulytics since 2006. Under his guidance, the company has evolved from an application security software company, to a leading cloud-based software usage analytics solutions provider, helping customers generate more than $2.8 billion in new license revenue since 2010. The company’s solutions give software producers a competitive edge in converting unlicensed use into paying customers, and enabling them to build successful applications. Joe has driven Revulytics from two early rounds of venture funding starting in 2007, to profitability in 2012, and continued market expansion through acquisition. Revulytics has achieved triple-digit growth, and customer success with more than 100 software vendors worldwide including leaders in EDA, PLM, CAD, publishing, and multimedia software. Prior to founding Revulytics, Joe held executive level sales and services positions at Authentica Inc. (now part of EMC Documentum) and at Eprise Corp, where he was instrumental in its successful sale to Divine, Inc. As president and CEO of Upspring Software, he successfully sold the company to MKS Systems (now part of PTC).


Victor DeMarines

VP, Products and Strategy


Vic joined Revulytics in 2006 as a founding member of the team. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s broad portfolio of compliance and usage analytics solutions and its global piracy identification and deep data analytics capabilities. Vic brings his extensive product management and marketing experience in the security industry to the role. Prior to Revulytics, Vic held senior product management positions at RSA Security (now part of EMC) where he drove product strategy for the company’s strong authentication, Smart Card, and enterprise Single Sign-On client products. He has also held senior product roles at Authentica where he was instrumental in defining product strategy for the company’s enterprise rights management and secure email solutions, and at AXENT Technologies and Progress Software.

Bart Hanlon

VP, Engineering


Bart brings more than 25 years of experience in high tech software engineering and product development. He is responsible for managing the company’s global development team and outsourced technology partners. Prior to joining Revulytics, Bart was VP, Engineering at PanGo Networks where he was responsible for growing the engineering team from one to twenty including full time staff, outside consultants, and an off-shore development team in India. Bart has held executive level engineering positions with world class companies including BEA, Hewlett Packard, Mercator Software, and Novera Software, and senior developer roles at Apollo Computer, Wang Laboratories, and Honeywell Information Systems.

Kevin Ball

Chief Financial Officer


Kevin joined Revulytics in 2008 and has over 25 years of executive-level finance and operations experience - for both small and multi-national software organizations. Kevin’s responsibilities at Revulytics include Finance, Operations and coordination of the company’s day to day Legal, Commercial and HR functions.  Kevin’s experience and the financial/operational discipline he has brought Revulytics, have been key contributors to the company’s growth and profitability over the past 10 years. Kevin has helped guide the organization through its early rounds of venture financing in 2008 and 2011, to sustained profitability in 2012 and continued growth, both organic and through acquisition since 2009. Prior to joining Revulytics, Kevin held CFO roles at Nation One Mortgage and Skyward Consulting Group. He was also North American VP Finance & Operations for Getronics NV and Logica plc (now part of CGI Group, Inc.) where he had responsibility for North American Finance and Operations of the Financial Services business for Getronics and the Financial Services and Energy & Utility business units at Logica plc. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance/Accounting from Boston College and a Bachelor’s in Economics from St. Anselm College.

Jason Swan

VP, Sales and Outsourced Services


Jason joined Revulytics in 2013 bringing a wide range of worldwide sales and services experience. He is responsible for building and motivating a team of seasoned sales professionals to drive new customer acquisition, customer success, and compliance revenue services. As VP of Services at Revulytics, Jason built the industry’s leading compliance partner network and generated more than $50M in new compliance revenue for customers. Prior to Revulytics, Jason held various sales roles in his 12 years at PTC including working in direct sales, channel sales and inside sales as well as running a Worldwide Insides Sales and Compliance organization responsible for a $60M revenue target with a staff of 120.


John Forbes

SVP, Corporate and Sales Development


John joined Revulytics in 2016 bringing more than two decades of experience increasing sales and improving customer relationships. John's background in continuous growth aligns with the company’s rapid expansion into new markets and commitment to driving value for customers and partners. Prior to Revulytics John spent more than twelve years at Flexera Software, a global leader in licensing and compliance solutions where he served as VP, Sales since 2010, driving year-over-year sales growth while entering new markets for the company. Prior to Flexera, he held senior sales positions with Cognos, Lumapath, and IONA Technologies.

Martha Stuart

VP, Marketing


Martha joined Revulytics in 2015 bringing her passion for marketing innovative technology solutions and services. She is responsible for driving marketing innovation and execution across branding, demand generation, new market penetration, sales enablement and pipeline acceleration. Prior to Revulytics, Martha served as VP, Enterprise Marketing at Intralinks and was Director, Americas Marketing at Sophos where she was instrumental in building a world class marketing function and growing the business. She began her marketing career at Motorola in the United States and Europe. Martha holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s from Bowdoin College.

Keith Fenech

VP, Software Analytics


Keith was the Co-Founder and CEO of Trackerbird Software Analytics before the company was acquired by Revulytics in 2016. Following the acquisition, Keith joined the Revulytics team and is now responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the Usage Analytics business within the company. Prior to founding Trackerbird, Keith held senior product roles at GFI Software where he was responsible for the product roadmap and revenue growth for various security products in the company's portfolio. Keith also brings with him 10 years of IT consultancy experience in the SMB space. Keith has a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Malta, specializing in high performance computing.

David Pensak


Dr. David Pensak

Dr. David Pensak founded Revulytics after a 30 year career at DuPont, where he held senior research positions and served as a corporate technology growth champion. Presently, he runs the research institute, The Innovation Group, to extend his chemical inventions. Dr. Pensak was the founder and inventor of technology for two information security companies. Raptor Systems provided the first commercial Internet firewalls for business, and was acquired by AXENT Technologies (now Symantec). He also founded Authentica (acquired by EMC in February 2006), a recognized leader in enterprise digital rights management. Dr. Pensak has acted as an adviser for the U.S. Department of Energy on Computer Security and Network Protection, the Clinton Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection, the U.S. Office on Technology Assessment, and the National Center for Biotechnology Information. From 1991-95, he served as director of the National Computer Graphics Association. Dr. Pensak is adjunct faculty at Drexel University Medical School and University of Delaware Business School.
