Matt Christiano founded Reprise Software in 2006 and is the chief architect of the Reprise License Manager (RLM). Matt currently serves as CEO of Reprise and remains instrumental in the development of RLM.
Matt also founded Globetrotter Software in 1982 where he created FLEXlm® - the license management software that quickly became commonplace among independent software vendors. Matt served as the company's CEO until its sale to Macrovision in 2000. Matt served as Executive Vice President of Macrovision until 2003 and as a Director until 2004. Matt holds two U.S. patents in the field of license management, has BS and MEE degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, and serves on the board of directors of Muse Research and Development.
Abhi is a Partner & US Software Asset Management Leader at PwC with over 15 years of experience in software license compliance, software asset management and business consulting. Over the last decade, Abhi has helped a number of software companies build and operate license compliance programs focused on end-user customers and channel partners and has helped companies recover millions of dollars of revenue and curb revenue leakage through product innovations and contract modifications.
He is a globally recognized leader in software licensing compliance and is a regular speaker at various industry forums and conferences. He has also authored a number of thought leadership articles that talk about trends in software licensing, software asset management principles, impact of emerging technologies such as virtualization and cloud computing and other related topics. Abhi has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA with emphasis on Management Information Systems. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified ISO 19770-1 SAM standard professional.
Alex is an independent consultant and technology executive. Prior to professional consulting Alex was Director of Marketing and Product Management in the Windows Client division at Microsoft. In this role he was responsible for developing Microsoft’s continuing strategy for combating piracy and unlicensed use of its products and managing one of the largest antipiracy programs that has been launched in the software and technology industry to date.
Conroy brings more than 17 years of IP licensing compliance experience, recovering $1.4 billion in compliance revenue during his career. As Sr. Director, WW License Compliance at Dolby Laboratories, Conroy is responsible for leading its IP licensing compliance efforts throughout the world, with a significant focus in Greater China. Prior to Dolby, Conroy was Director, WW License Compliance at Adobe Systems, where he designed its compliance program from inception, which grew to a $300 million business annually, with particular focus on desktop and server software deployments in the enterprise, education and government sectors. He began his compliance career at Oracle Corporation, where he focused on channel software compliance in the ISV space. Conroy holds a JD from Pepperdine University, a BS in Accounting from USC, and is the co-founder of the Silicon Valley License Compliance Roundtable.
